Kelsey’s tips for getting the most out of your consultation
HOW TO PREPARE:
1) Think critically about your goals for your space…what is it lacking in terms of function? How do you want it to feel? What is the scope of work that you plan to undertake during this project?
2) It’s helpful to jot down a list of questions or topics you’d like to discuss so we don’t miss anything. I like to suggest starting a list of your phone when you book and then anytime you think of something, you can simply add it to the list
3) Feel free to send me a few pictures of your space (if applicable) in advance of our meeting and a brief list of what you’re hoping to discuss if you didn’t list much on the form when you booked
4) Have a pen and paper ready in case you want to take notes or measurements as we’re talking
5) It doesn’t hurt to have some of your favourite inspiration photos ready if you have some specific ideas. If you’re just not sure where you want to go with the space and you’re feeling a little stuck, that’s okay too… I can help!
