With respect to recent property developments at one of our nearest Regional Parks, I thought it would be fun to do a blog series on lakefront properties. I don't know exactly what makes a lake house feel different than other houses - maybe it's the expectation of sunshine and relaxation or the gathering of friends and family, but whatever it is, lake houses just seem to have a ethereal quality to them.
